Roller storage trolley loading-unloading machine

Machines for optimizing the footprint, reducing the space needed to move the trolleys to make it available for the production lines. By inserting new machines, also on existing plants, the process can be made flexible and fast and the output can be increased significantly.

SCF roller box storage

The SCF roller box storage is a machine consisting in an elevator that loads or unloads a large roller box positioned in front of the elevator. It is extremely versatile and can be positioned in front of the kiln or on the glazing line. Its storage capacity ranges from 180 to 220 m².

SMC maxi compenser storage

The SMC maxi compenser machine is installed at the entry of any roller kiln and eliminates all stops and interruptions of the glazing line; it guarantees an excellent storage capacity from 180 to 250 m².

SPA sucking plane storage

The SPA storage enables to load and unload pallets of fired tiles to be sent to the storage bin or coming from the latter. The machine consists of a roller device with bench, on which the tile sets are formed, and of a unit that picks them with a sucking plane unit to place them in containers on the right and on the left of the roller device.

SPV suction cup plane storage

The SPV sucking plane is a system used to store fired tiles. The machine consists of a roller device with bench, on which the tile sets are formed, and of a unit that picks them with a suction cup plane to place them in containers on the sides of the roller device.

SCT ground fired material storage

The SCT system is a simple and cheap solution to store fired tiles. The two loading and unloading machines move on rails and place or pick the tiles directly on or from the floor without any platform being needed.
